Limited Manufacturer Warranty

We appreciate your loyalty to the Simple Sprout brand and stand behind the products we sell, but we understand that sometimes we make mistakes or products can get damaged on their journey to you. That is why every Simple Sprout garden product comes backed by our 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Here we have laid out the terms and limitations of this coverage provided to you and how you can receive a replacement for any equipment that doesn't quite work upon purchase.

• All smart gardens and accessory products are covered for one (1) year under our warranty for manufacturer defects.
• Wear and tear or accidental user damage are not covered under this warranty.
• This warranty is subject to Simple Sprout's discretion and determination if the damage was caused by a defect, shipment, or user infliction.

Seed Sprout Guarantee

It's really important to us that the Simple Sprout gardening supplies we sell grow into plants that nourish and delight you. Our Sprout Guarantee ensures that every Simple Sprout pod you purchase in our seed packs will germinate (grow). If one of your pods hasn't sprouted within 3 weeks, please contact us here and our customer service team will be happy to ship you a replacement pod.

NOTE: The Sprout Guarantee does not cover 3rd party seeds that you personally plant into our grow-your-own pod kits.
