There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Simple Sprout online store:

*Note: For all smart garden products, we offer a (1) year warranty

**All seed pods that have not sprouted are covered by a guranteed-to-grow warranty. Contact us for replacement if one of your pods does not sprout!

 

About Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item(s) due to a defect, for immediate service please call or email us and we will respond to your request within 24 hours. Buyer must return the defective item back to the seller before a replacement item can be shipped out.

Please note: Any replacement items will be shipped out using a standard shipping method
